        <text><![CDATA[ <p><b>Supporting Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Act </b></p>This bill establishes a Federal Task Force to Support Grandparents Raising Grandchildren. <p>The task force shall identify, coordinate, and publicly disseminate information and resources to help older relative caregivers&nbsp;meet the needs of the children in their care and maintain their own health and emotional well-being.</p> <p>An older relative caregiver is a caregiver who:</p> <ul> <li>is 55 or older; </li> <li>lives with, is the informal provider of in-home and community care to, and is the primary caregiver for, a child; </li> <li>is a relative by blood, marriage, or adoption; </li> <li>is the primary caregiver because the child's parents are unable or unwilling to serve as the primary caregivers; and </li> <li>has a legal relationship to the child or is raising the child informally. </li></ul> <p>The task force must report on its finding and recommendations.</p> <p>The bill terminates the task force after five years.</p>]]></text>

        <text><![CDATA[ <p><b>Supporting Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Act </b></p>(Sec. 2) This bill establishes a Federal Task Force to Support Grandparents Raising Grandchildren. <p>The task force shall identify, coordinate, and publicly disseminate information and resources to help older relative caregivers&nbsp;meet the needs of the children in their care and maintain their own health and emotional well-being.</p> <p>An older relative caregiver is a caregiver who:</p> <ul> <li>is 55 or older; </li> <li>lives with, is the informal provider of in-home and community care to, and is the primary caregiver for, a child; </li> <li>is a relative by blood, marriage, or adoption; </li> <li>is the primary caregiver because the child's parents are unable or unwilling to serve as the primary caregivers; and </li> <li>has a legal relationship to the child or is raising the child informally. </li></ul> <p>The task force must report on its finding and recommendations.</p> <p>The bill terminates the task force after five years.</p>]]></text>
