The bill defines &quot;apprenticeship employee&quot; as any employee employed by an employer pursuant to an apprentice agreement registered with the Office of Apprenticeship of the Employment and Training Administration of the Department of Labor or a recognized state apprenticeship agency.</p>]]></text>
