        <text><![CDATA[ <p><strong>Joint Formularies for Veterans Act of 2015</strong></p> <p>This bill directs the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to jointly establish: (1) a uniform formulary with respect to systemic pain and psychotropic drugs that are critical for the transition of an individual from receiving health care services furnished by DOD to health care services furnished by VA, and (2) a uniform formulary for DOD and VA that includes all appropriate systemic pain and psychotropic drugs.</p> <p>Nothing in this Act shall be construed to prohibit DOD and VA from each maintaining its own formularies. </p>]]></text>
