        <text><![CDATA[ <p><b>Infrastructure Rehabilitation Act of 2015</b></p> <p>This bill amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (commonly known as the Clean Water Act) to allow the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to forgo providing notice or opportunity for public hearings when issuing permits for the discharge of dredged or fill material into the navigable waters at specified disposal sites in the event of a natural disaster that has damaged transportation infrastructure, if immediate construction is required to restore the infrastructure to working order.</p>]]></text>
