        <text><![CDATA[ <p> This bill prohibits the Department of Energy (DOE) from making any additional awards or loans under the Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing Incentive Program established by the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007.</p> <p>Upon the repayment, in accordance with loan agreement terms, of all loans made before enactment of this Act, DOE authority and requirements for the entire program shall be repealed.</p>]]></text>
