        <text><![CDATA[ <p><strong>U.S.-Israel Global Neuroscience Partnership Act</strong> </p> <p>This bill directs the Department of Health and Human Services to award grants to eligible entities for U.S.-Israel cooperative neuroscience research and related technological innovation. </p> <p>The programs shall be carried out through the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). </p> <p>The bill establishes in NIH a U.S.-Israel Neuroscience Advisory Committee. </p> <p>The grant program and the Committee are terminated seven years after enactment of this Act.</p>]]></text>
