        <text><![CDATA[ <p><strong>Federal Employee Gender Diversity Investment Act</strong></p> <p>This bill establishes a Gender Equality-Focused Stock Index Fund as an investment option for the Thrift Savings Plan. In creating the Fund, the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board must select a minimum of one index that is a commonly-recognized, passively-managed index comprised of stocks that have been analyzed and selected based on criteria that include, at a minimum: (1) gender diversity in corporate board and senior management composition, (2) pay equity, (3) workplace relations and benefits, and (4) international operations and human rights. </p>]]></text>
