<text>DEBATE - The House proceeded with 10 minutes of debate on the Schwartz motion to recommit with instructions. The instructions contained in the motion seek to report the same back to the House forthwith with an amendment to replace the partisan findings in the bill with new findings stating that every bipartisan commission and the majority of Americans believe we should take a balanced, bipartisan approach to reducing the deficit that includes revenue and spending and that sequestration would impose deep cuts to crucial domestic priorities and defense.</text>
