        <text><![CDATA[ <p>Amends the federal criminal code to provide for a fine, up to six months' imprisonment, or both, for: (1) knowingly transferring for money or property a ticket to a presidential inaugural ceremony (a public inaugural ceremony at which the President elect or Vice President elect take the oath or affirmation of office), except for a transfer that occurs after the date on which the ceremony for which the ticket was issued takes place; (2) knowingly, falsely, and with intent to defraud, making, forging, counterfeiting, or altering a ticket to such ceremony; or (3) with intent to defraud, entering or attempting to enter such a ceremony with a ticket, knowing that ticket to have been falsely made, forged, counterfeited, or altered.</p>]]></text>
