Makes the Peace Corps Commemorative Foundation solely responsible for the acceptance of contributions and the payment of the expenses for the establishment of the commemorative work.

Requires such Foundation, upon the payment of all expenses for the establishment of the commemorative work (including amounts for maintenance and preservation) or upon the expiration of the authority for such work, to deposit any remaining funds into a separate National Park Foundation account.
