00 2010-05-25 Introduced in House 2010-06-18T20:00:41Z Green Energy Efficient Roofs and Job Creation Act of 2010 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to classify as 20-year property for depreciation purposes a roof replacement on a commercial building during 2010 or 2011 with a roof assembly which has the new insulation installed entirely above the roof deck and which meets or exceeds the minimum R-value for the appropriate climate zone as specified in the International Energy Conservation Code.
