00 2009-03-12 Introduced in House 2009-05-20T21:56:32Z Geriatrics Loan Forgiveness Act of 2009 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to deem each year an individual is enrolled in a geriatric training program as a year of obligated service under the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program. Requires an individual affected by this Act to provide geriatric health service for the remainder of the individual's period of obligated service. Applies this Act to no more than 500 individuals in any year.
