00 2007-07-31 Introduced in House 2007-08-31T20:08:08Z Single Parent Protection Act of 2007 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to: (1) allow individual taxpayers who are entitled to receive child support a refundable tax credit for any unpaid portion of such support; and (2) increase the income tax liability of any individual required to pay child support by the amount of the unpaid child support allowed as a tax credit by this Act.
