00 2006-04-27 Introduced in House 2006-05-19T19:42:56Z Energy Fairness Act of 2006 - Repeals provisions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 relating to: (1) the tax credit for producing coke or coke gas from nonconventional sources; (2) expensing of crude oil refining property; (3) the pass through of tax deductions for certain compliance costs of small refiner cooperatives; (4) accelerated depreciation of natural gas distribution and gathering lines; (5) arbitrage exemptions for prepayments for natural gas; (6) the exemption from oil depletion limitations for certain small crude oil refiners; and (7) amortization of geological and geophysical expenditures.
