00 2006-04-04 Introduced in House 2006-05-08T20:13:12Z Staff Sergeant Carlos Farler Citizen Soldier Equality Act of 2006 - Requires that, in the case of a reserve member of the Armed Forces who is retired due to disability incurred as a result of being wounded in action, or whose name is placed on the temporary disability retired list because of a disability incurred for which the member is awarded the Purple Heart, such member shall be credited with the same number of years of service that would be credited to a member of the regular (non-reserve) Armed Forces for such service.
