00 2005-06-22 Introduced in House 2005-07-27T14:06:31Z Medicare Occupational Therapy Coverage Eligibility Act of 2005 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to make occupational therapy eligible for Medicare coverage of home health services in any event, by repealing the condition that the individual first has needed and been furnished home health skilled nursing care on an intermittent basis or physical or speech therapy, but no longer needs such care or therapy (other than the occupational therapy).
