00 2003-07-11 Introduced in Senate 2003-09-09T21:12:58Z Money Follows the Person Act of 2003 - Authorizes a State to apply to the Secretary of Health and Human Services for approval to conduct a demonstration project under which the State shall provide community-based services and supports to Medicaid-eligible individuals residing in a Medicaid long-term care facility for at least 90 days with respect to whom it is determined that, but for community-based services and supports, the individual would continue to require the level of care provided in a Medicaid long-term care facility.
