00 2004-01-30 Introduced in House 2004-03-29T21:09:04Z Pacific Insular Areas Rural Telemedicine Act - Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to require a telecommunications carrier, in providing telecommunications services to health care providers for American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam (collectively referred to as territories), to treat Honolulu, Hawaii, as the urban area whose telecommunications rate shall be used for comparison purposes in determining the appropriate rate to be charged for telecommunications services to health care providers for such territories.
