00 2003-11-17 Introduced in House 2003-12-15T22:10:13Z Social Security Benefits Protection Act of 2003 - Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to continue an individual's entitlement to benefits through the month of his or her death, without affecting any other person's entitlement to benefits for that month. Disregards benefits received for the month in which the individual dies for purposes of the maximum benefit cap.
