<section id="d8950e62" identifier="/us/bill/118/hr/6395/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I650146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Recognizing the Importance of Critical Minerals in Healthcare Act of 2023</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d8950e72" identifier="/us/bill/118/hr/6395/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I650141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>REQUIRED CONSULTATION WITH THE SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Paragraphs (4)(C) and (5)(A) of section 7002(c) of the Energy Act of 2020 (<ref href="/us/usc/t30/s1606/c/4/C">30 U.S.C. 1606(c)(4)(C)</ref> and (5)(A)) are each amended by <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>Health and Human Services,</quotedText>” after “<quotedText>Agriculture,</quotedText>”.</content></section>
