<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
<section id="d9201e62" identifier="/us/bill/118/hr/3315/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I650146"><num value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">National Guard and Reservists Debt Relief Extension Act of 2023</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d9201e72" identifier="/us/bill/118/hr/3315/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I650141"><num value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>NATIONAL GUARD AND RESERVISTS DEBT RELIEF AMENDMENT.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Section 4(b) of the National Guard and Reservists Debt Relief Act of 2008 (<ref href="/us/pl/110/438">Public Law 110–438</ref>; <ref href="/us/stat/122/5000">122 Stat. 5000</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>15-year</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>19-year</quotedText>”.</content></section>
