<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
<section id="d57529e62" identifier="/us/bill/115/hr/267/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I650146"><num value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park Act of 2017</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d57529e72" identifier="/us/bill/115/hr/267/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I650141"><num value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  The Act entitled “An Act to establish the Martin Luther King, Junior, National Historic Site in the State of Georgia, and for other purposes” (<ref href="/us/pl/96/428">Public Law 96–428</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d57529e84" identifier="/us/bill/115/hr/267/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>in subsection (a) of the first section, by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>the map entitled ‘Martin Luther King, Junior, National Historic Site Boundary Map’, number 489/80,013B, and dated September 1992</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>the map entitled ‘Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park Proposed Boundary Revision’, numbered 489/128,786 and dated June 2015</quotedText>”;</content></paragraph><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d57529e95" identifier="/us/bill/115/hr/267/s2/2" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>Martin Luther King, Junior, National Historic Site</quotedText>” each place it appears and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park</quotedText>”;</content></paragraph><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d57529e106" identifier="/us/bill/115/hr/267/s2/3" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>national historic site</quotedText>” each place it appears and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>national historical park</quotedText>”; and</content></paragraph><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d57529e117" identifier="/us/bill/115/hr/267/s2/4" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="4">(4) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>historic site</quotedText>” each place it appears and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>historical park</quotedText>”.</content></paragraph></section>
<section id="d57529e129" identifier="/us/bill/115/hr/267/s3" style="-uslm-lc:I650141"><num value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading>REFERENCES.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Any reference in a law (other than this Act), map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to “Martin Luther King, Junior, National Historic Site” shall be deemed to be a reference to “Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park”.</content></section>
