<resolvingClause class="indentUp0 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring),</resolvingClause>
<section id="d113657e67" identifier="/us/resolution/114/hconres/131/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I650172"><num value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>AUTHORIZATION OF USE OF CAPITOL GROUNDS FOR D.C. SPECIAL OLYMPICS LAW ENFORCEMENT TORCH RUN.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  On September 30, 2016, or on such other date as the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate may jointly designate, the 31st annual District of Columbia Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run (in this resolution referred to as the “event”) may be run through the Capitol Grounds to carry the Special Olympics torch to honor local Special Olympics athletes.</content></section>
<section id="d113657e74" identifier="/us/resolution/114/hconres/131/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I650172"><num value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>RESPONSIBILITY OF CAPITOL POLICE BOARD.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  The Capitol Police Board shall take such actions as may be necessary to carry out the event.</content></section>
<section id="d113657e81" identifier="/us/resolution/114/hconres/131/s3" style="-uslm-lc:I650172"><num value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading>CONDITIONS RELATING TO PHYSICAL PREPARATIONS.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  The Architect of the Capitol may prescribe conditions for physical preparations for the event.</content></section>
<section id="d113657e89" identifier="/us/resolution/114/hconres/131/s4" style="-uslm-lc:I650172"><num value="4">SEC. 4. </num><heading>ENFORCEMENT OF RESTRICTIONS.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  The Capitol Police Board shall provide for enforcement of the restrictions contained in <ref href="/us/usc/t40/s5104/c">section 5104(c) of title 40, United States Code</ref>, concerning sales, advertisements, displays, and solicitations on the Capitol Grounds, as well as other restrictions applicable to the Capitol Grounds, in connection with the event.</content></section>
