<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
<section id="d84081e62" identifier="/us/bill/114/s/1461/s1" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I650146"><num value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>EXTENSION OF ENFORCEMENT INSTRUCTION ON SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS FOR OUTPATIENT THERAPEUTIC SERVICES IN CRITICAL ACCESS AND SMALL RURAL HOSPITALS THROUGH 2015.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent1 fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  <ref href="/us/pl/113/198/s1">Section 1 of Public Law 113–198</ref> <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d84081e74" identifier="/us/bill/114/s/1461/s1/1" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>in the section heading, by <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText><headingText class="smallCaps"><b>and 2015</b></headingText></quotedText>” after “<quotedText><headingText class="smallCaps"><b>2014</b></headingText></quotedText>”; and</content></paragraph><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d84081e88" identifier="/us/bill/114/s/1461/s1/2" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>calendar year 2014</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>calendar years 2014 and 2015</quotedText>”.</content></paragraph></section>
