</longTitle>
<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</enactingFormula>
<section id="d100373e62" identifier="/us/bill/113/hr/3210/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I650146"><num value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Pay Our Military Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d100373e72" identifier="/us/bill/113/hr/3210/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I650141"><num value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS FOR MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES.</heading><subsection class="indentUp0 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d100373e76" identifier="/us/bill/113/hr/3210/s2/a" style="-uslm-lc:I650120"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>There are hereby appropriated for fiscal year 2014, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for any period during which interim or full-year appropriations for fiscal year 2014 are not in effect—</chapeau><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d100373e84" identifier="/us/bill/113/hr/3210/s2/a/1" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>such sums as are necessary to provide pay and allowances to members of the Armed Forces (as defined in <ref href="/us/usc/t10/s101/a/4">section 101(a)(4) of title 10, United States Code</ref>), including reserve components thereof, who perform active service during such period;</content></paragraph><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d100373e92" identifier="/us/bill/113/hr/3210/s2/a/2" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>such sums as are necessary to provide pay and allowances to the civilian personnel of the Department of Defense (and the Department of Homeland Security in the case of the Coast Guard) whom the Secretary concerned determines are providing support to members of the Armed Forces described in paragraph (1); and</content></paragraph><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d100373e96" identifier="/us/bill/113/hr/3210/s2/a/3" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><content>such sums as are necessary to provide pay and allowances to contractors of the Department of Defense (and the Department of Homeland Security in the case of the Coast Guard) whom the Secretary concerned determines are providing support to members of the Armed Forces described in paragraph (1).</content></paragraph></subsection><subsection class="indentUp0 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d100373e100" identifier="/us/bill/113/hr/3210/s2/b" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I650120"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading><inline class="smallCaps">Secretary Concerned Defined</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>In this section, the term “<term>Secretary concerned</term>” means—</chapeau><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d100373e108" identifier="/us/bill/113/hr/3210/s2/b/1" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>the Secretary of Defense with respect to matters concerning the Department of Defense; and</content></paragraph><paragraph class="indentUp1 firstIndent1 fontsize10" id="d100373e112" identifier="/us/bill/113/hr/3210/s2/b/2" style="-uslm-lc:I650122"><num style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>the Secretary of Homeland Security with respect to matters concerning the Coast Guard.</content></paragraph></subsection></section>
<section id="d100373e117" identifier="/us/bill/113/hr/3210/s3" style="-uslm-lc:I650141"><num value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading>TERMINATION.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I650120">  Appropriations and funds made available and authority granted pursuant to this Act shall be available until whichever of the following first occurs: (1) the enactment into law of an appropriation (including a continuing appropriation) for any purpose for which amounts are made available in section 2; (2) the enactment into law of the applicable regular or continuing appropriations resolution or other Act without any appropriation for such purpose; or (3) January 1, 2015.</content></section>
