Table of Contents.</toc-entry><toc-entry level="division" bold="off">Division A—Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2025</toc-entry><toc-entry level="division" bold="off">Division B—Extensions and Other Matters</toc-entry></toc></section><division id="id3136e4b9f69f4f4fbba7f58f372962cd" style="appropriations"><enum>A</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">FURTHER ADDITIONAL CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2025</header><section id="id41dcdcd2d9b44553a53a4e6a69384011"><enum>101.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Continuing Appropriations Act, 2025 (division A of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/118/83">Public Law 118–83</external-xref>) is further amended—</text><paragraph id="id6c7a7a6601884782a78844d7e93b9d98"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking the date specified in section 106(3) and inserting <quote>April 11, 2025</quote>;</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id0d7a961dedc84a02a5d91d07065a3d32"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in section 156(b) to read as follows: </text><quoted-block id="idE659185B7FD34F12B68A2C98F865C88C" style="appropriations" act-name=""><subsection id="id8D79EB2424EA4FC8BFF3715981137476"><enum>(b)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Amounts made available by section 101 to the Department of Defense for <quote>Procurement—Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy</quote> may be apportioned up to the rate for operations necessary for <quote>Columbia Class Submarine</quote> in an amount not to exceed $3,341,300,000.</text></subsection><after-quoted-block>; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="id2aa9e0c1c3744e82b91cff5faefad70b"><enum>(22)</enum><text>2023/2025: T–AO Fleet Oiler Program, $12,100,000.</text></paragraph></section><section id="idd80b02c82b38457b8a89215f883e5064"><enum>172.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In addition to amounts otherwise provided by section 101, for <quote>Federal Emergency Management Agency—Disaster Relief Fund</quote>, there is appropriated $750,000,000, for an additional amount for fiscal year 2025, to remain available until expended, for major disasters declared pursuant to the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/5121">42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq.</external-xref>): <proviso><italic>Provided,</italic></proviso> That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, and shall be available only if the President subsequently so designates such amount and transmits such designation to the Congress. </text></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section" id="idd952a22998c2484c93d188fbba62aa96"><enum>173.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In addition to amounts otherwise provided by section 101, there is appropriated $1,650,000 for the <quote>Office of Navajo and Hopi Relocation—Salaries and Expenses</quote> to remain available until expended to carry out responsibilities under the Navajo-Hopi Land Settlement Act of 1974. </text></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section" id="id7c607c8dca2643a3a15d64dc1ba69858"><enum>174.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, there is hereby appropriated for fiscal year 2025, for payment to Ashley Paige Turner, beneficiary of Sylvester Turner, late a Representative from the State of Texas, $174,000.</text></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section><section id="id63123e43b61f40fbb767e15888b30bb1" section-type="undesignated-section"><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">This division may be cited as the <quote>Further Additional Continuing id="HFBB6C34DD26242E0806E3164EBB79180"><enum>A</enum><header>Public health extenders</header><section id="HF77E5B82227C4CA4BE59D99CB1CA51F0"><enum>2101.</enum><header>Extension for community health centers, National Health Service Corps, and teaching health centers that operate GME programs</header><subsection id="HAEEEE91F5CF547C693B5F6FFDB5B370D"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Extension for community health centers</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 10503(b)(1)(I) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/254b-2">42 U.S.C. 254b–2(b)(1)(I)</external-xref>) is amended by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>, and $132,602,740 for the period beginning on April 1, 2025, and ending on April 11, 2025; and</quote>.</text></subsection><subsection id="H378D62F41B2A459E94FDA4575AB22374"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Extension for the National Health Service Corps</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 10503(b)(2)(J) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/254b-2">42 U.S.C. 254b–2(b)(2)(J)</external-xref>) is amended by inserting <quote>, and $10,963,593 for the period beginning on April 1, 2025, and ending on April 11, 2025</quote> before the period at the end.</text></subsection><subsection id="HE9AC66EE9661411FA15589E6B37A4B27"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Teaching health centers that operate graduate medical education programs</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 340H(g)(1)(E) of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/256h">42 U.S.C. 256h(g)(1)(E)</external-xref>) is amended by inserting <quote>, and $6,058,748 for the period beginning on April 1, 2025, and ending on April 11, 2025</quote> before the period at the end.</text></subsection><subsection id="H3148C309A57A437C8997D92C9787FA10"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Application of provisions</header><text>Amounts appropriated pursuant to the amendments made by this section shall be subject to the requirements contained in <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/118/47">Public Law 118–47</external-xref> for funds for programs authorized under sections 330 through 340 of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/254b">42 U.S.C. 254b et seq.</external-xref>).</text></subsection><subsection id="H5B8715C95A7E41FD840D9B888280D02E"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Conforming amendments</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 3014(h)(4) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>and section 3101(d) of the Health Extensions and Other Matters Act, 2025</quote> and inserting <quote>section 3101(d) of the Health Extensions and Other Matters Act, 2025, and section 2101(d) of the Further Additional Continuing Appropriations and Other Extensions Act, 2025</quote>.</text></subsection></section><section id="HE2721163782946F79530C46F2D242DF7"><enum>2102.</enum><header>Extension of special diabetes programs</header><subsection id="H6F1376AAFC214089B649E745B264E58F"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Extension of special diabetes programs for type I diabetes</header><text>Section 330B(b)(2)(F) of the Public Health Service Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/254c-2">42 U.S.C. 254c–2(b)(2)(F)</external-xref>) is amended by inserting <quote>, and $4,798,658 for the period beginning on April 1, 2025, and ending on April 11, 2025</quote> before the period at the end.</text></subsection><subsection id="H0DDAD778E6AE4377AF82DEB7A8E14EAF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Extending funding for special diabetes programs for Indians</header><text>Section 330C(c)(2)(F) of
