        <official-title>To prohibit the imposition of additional tariffs on coffee imported from
            countries to which the United States has extended normal trade relations, and for other
            purposes.</official-title>

            <header>Short title</header>
            <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
                        <quote><short-title>No Coffee Tax Act</short-title></quote>.</text>

            <enum>2.</enum>
            <header>Prohibition on additional tariffs on coffee products from countries with which
                the United States has normal trade relations</header>
            <subsection id="id90117295bb0e4c25b2ac9ae7cbf13ff1">
                <enum>(a)</enum>
                <header>Maintenance of tariff rate for coffee products</header>
                <text>Notwithstanding any other provision of law or regulation imposing tariffs on a
                    country-by-country basis, including any authority with respect to the imposition
                    of tariffs under emergency situations, no tariff or other duty may be imposed in
                    excess of the rate assessed as of January 19, 2025, with respect to any article
                    described in subsection (b) that is imported to the United States from a country
                    to which the United States has extended normal trade relations.</text>

                <enum>(b)</enum>
                <header>Article described</header>
                <text>An article described in this subsection is any of the following:</text>
                <paragraph id="idace9ac73ba4b4403aeaf357c40ce92c6">
                    <enum>(1)</enum>
                    <text>Coffee, whether or not roasted or decaffeinated.</text>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph id="id2ae6670b506f478babc53662940d8d53">
                    <enum>(2)</enum>
                    <text>Coffee husks and skins.</text>
                </paragraph>

                    <enum>(3)</enum>
                    <text>Coffee substitutes containing coffee in any proportion.</text>
                </paragraph>
