        <official-title>To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to include advocacy for Sharia
            law to be a ground for inadmissibility and deportability, and for other purposes.</official-title>

            <enum>1.</enum>
            <header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Preserving a Sharia-Free America Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
        </section>

            <enum>2.</enum>
            <header>Sharia exclusion for American security</header>
            <subsection id="H7EB8AD1C38B24095BD130492D7A5D112">
                <enum>(a)</enum>
                <header>In general</header>
 <text>The Secretary of State, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Attorney General, as applicable, shall deny any immigration benefit, visa, immigration relief, or admission to the United States to any alien who advocates for the imposition of Sharia law in a manner that would violate the rights of another person under the Constitution of the United States or any Federal or State law.</text>
            </subsection>
            <subsection id="H077B18B03D804CD7BD99AE9C70E56025">
                <enum>(b)</enum>
                <header>Removal</header>
 <text>Any alien in the United States who the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Homeland Security, or the Attorney General determines has violated subsection (a) shall have any immigration benefit, immigration relief, or visa revoked, be considered inadmissible or deportable, and shall be removed from the United States.</text>
            </subsection>
            <subsection id="HFBCD1EC0B5104CCABCBF85C2EC0E74DE">
                <enum>(c)</enum>
                <header>Failure To disclose</header>
 <text>Any alien who provides a false statement to any official representative of the Department of State, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, or any other Federal agency in violation of section 1001(a) of title 18, United States Code, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the Government of the United States, with respect to such alien’s advocacy of Sharia law—</text>

                    <enum>(1)</enum>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">shall have his or her immigration benefit, immigration relief, or visa revoked;</text>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"
                    id="id8bd68cf819b140ff8fd39ecef51331ba">
                    <enum>(2)</enum>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">shall be considered inadmissible or deportable, as applicable, under section 212(a) or 237(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1182">8 U.S.C. 1182(a)</external-xref> and 1227(a)); and</text>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"

                    <enum>(3)</enum>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">shall be subject to removal from the United States.</text>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
            <subsection id="H8C880CDA1C1D48C38752821F694A67D5">
                <enum>(d)</enum>
                <header>Judicial review</header>
 <text>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any determination made under subsection (b) shall be final and shall not be subject to review by any court.</text>
            </subsection>
        </section>
        <section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id5806ca49fa094344b98adca62b5e1ebc">
            <enum>3.</enum>
            <header>Conforming amendments</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">Title II of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1151">8 U.S.C. 1151 et seq.</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
            <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idc8eb438a9f9843ccb5f0e22d8cad9d93">
                <enum>(1)</enum>
 <text>in section 212(a)(10) (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1182">8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(10)</external-xref>), by adding at the end the following:</text>

                    <subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idf787024673fe41c1acf60bc828dcdae6">
                        <enum>(F)</enum>
                        <header>Advocation of sharia law</header>
 <text>Any alien who advocates for the imposition of Sharia law in a manner that would violate the rights of another person under the Constitution of the United States or any Federal or State law is inadmissible.</text>
                    </subparagraph>
                    <after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block>
                </quoted-block>
            </paragraph>

                <enum>(2)</enum>
 <text>in section 237(a) (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1227">8 U.S.C. 1227(a)</external-xref>), by adding at the end the following:</text>

                        <enum>(3)</enum>
                        <header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Advocation of sharia
                            law</header>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any alien who, at any time after admission, advocates for the imposition of Sharia law in a manner that would violate the rights of another person under the Constitution of the United States or any Federal or State law is deportable.</text>
