Act</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>JUSTICE in D.C. Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="id84ed6942f96548429af9cb7c77945978"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of the Incarceration Reduction Amendment and Second Look Amendment Acts</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3c of the Act entitled <quote>An Act to establish a Board of Indeterminate Sentence and Parole for the District of Columbia and to determine its functions, and for other purposes</quote>, approved July 15, 1932 (sec. 24-403.03, D.C. Official Code), is amended to read as follows:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id603f97a52cfe4a5b80c4fc07e08b5c01"><section id="id2e751c68545a40bc9ba5394c4cffaf2a"><enum>3c.</enum><header>Grants for victims of violent crime</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Beginning in fiscal year 2026, the Office of Victim Services and Justice Grants shall, on an annual basis, issue grants in an amount that is not more than $200,000 per grant per year to organizations that provide services to survivors of violent crimes, including advocacy, mental health, and employment services.</text></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></section></legis-body></bill>
