        <official-title>To provide for an extension of the legislative authority of the National
            Emergency Medical Services Memorial Foundation to establish a commemorative work in the

            <header>Extension of legislative authority for memorial establishment</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1(b) of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/115/275">Public Law 115–275</external-xref> (132 Stat. 4164; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/40/8903">40 U.S.C. 8903</external-xref> note) is amended by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>, except that any reference in section 8903(e) of that title to the expiration at the end of, or extension beyond, a 7-year period shall be considered to be a reference to an expiration on, or extension beyond, November 3, 2032.</quote>.</text>
