            under the Medicaid program to certain entities.</official-title>

            <header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Restoring Essential Healthcare Act</short-title></quote>.</text>

            <enum>2.</enum>
            <header>Repealing prohibition on Medicaid payments to certain entities</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 71113 of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref> is repealed, and, in the case of any items or services furnished as medical assistance under a State plan (or a waiver of such plan) under title XIX of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1396">42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.</external-xref>) by a prohibited entity (as defined in subsection (b)(1) of such section 71113) during the period beginning on the date of enactment of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref> and ending on the date of enactment of this section, payment for such items and services shall be made as if such section 71113 had not been enacted into law.</text>
