            <header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Repealing the Trump Sick Tax Act</short-title></quote>.</text>

            <enum>2.</enum>
            <header>Repeal of changes to Medicaid cost sharing requirements</header>
            <subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id956850d22aa94e34a0ce7f7e136a9d97">
                <enum>(a)</enum>
                <header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Repeal</header>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 71120 of the Act titled <quote>An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14</quote> (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref>) is repealed and title XIX of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1396">42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.</external-xref>) shall be applied as if such section and the amendments made by such section had not been enacted.</text>

                <enum>(b)</enum>
                <header>Rescission</header>
 <text>The amounts appropriated under section 71120(c) of the Act titled <quote>An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14</quote> (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref>) are hereby rescinded.</text>

            <enum>3.</enum>
            <header>Repeal of changes to exclusion for orphan drugs under the Drug Price Negotiation
                Program</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 71203 of the Act titled <quote>An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14</quote> (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/119/21">Public Law 119–21</external-xref>) is repealed and title XI of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/1301">42 U.S.C. 1301 et seq.</external-xref>) shall be applied as if such section and the amendments made by such section had not been enacted.</text>
