Short title

This Act may be cited as the Columbia River Clean-Up Act of 2025.

Columbia River Basin Restoration

Section 123(d)(6) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1275(d)(6)) is amended by striking 2020 and 2021 and inserting 2026 through 2030.
