Short title

This Act may be cited as the Click to Cancel Consumer Protection Act of 2025.

Codifying the Federal Trade Commission's negative option rule

Part 425 of title 16, Code of Federal Regulations, as in effect on July 7, 2025, shall have the force and effect of law.
