            <header>Acquisition, integration, and accessibility of data of Digital Coast
                program</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 4 of the Digital Coast Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1467">16 U.S.C. 1467</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
            <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id07d2297c5bb34d08b842fa6c3b88ada3">
                <enum>(1)</enum>
 <text>in subsection (b)(1), by inserting <quote>and fully and freely available</quote> after <quote>readily accessible</quote>;</text>
            </paragraph>
            <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id37323cc55fb14fb1a2cfdd472e368121">
                <enum>(2)</enum>
 <text>in subsection (d)(3)(D), by inserting <quote>, including data related to underground infrastructure and subsurface utilities</quote> after <quote>data</quote>; and</text>

                <enum>(3)</enum>
 <text>in subsection (g), by striking <quote>2025</quote> and inserting <quote>2030</quote>.</text>
