 United States.</official-title></form><legis-body display-enacting-clause="yes-display-enacting-clause"><section section-type="section-one" id="ide74b7f14f75242c28086e3ec44694013"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Visas for Violent Criminals Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section" id="id4c66f6baaa5d4e688cd9b77ea9197b73"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Immigration consequences for unlawful
 protest-related activities</header><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id6c3afe4666de4e7195200ed3bb5a04cf"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 237(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1227">8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(2)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idD1280E93D14E467D8B7B230C402E88D9"><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idabcf53167989449b8b532cfead4e530a"><enum>(G)</enum><header>Unlawful protest-related activities</header><text>Any alien who is convicted of a crime—</text><clause commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id7bb4270d1be54bf0943de9bed210b726"><enum>(i)</enum><text>related to the alien’s conduct at and during the course of a protest;</text></clause><clause id="ide6ae10acdf75407f923c3de2706a123b"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>involving the defacement, vandalism, or destruction of Federal property; or</text></clause><clause commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id6cd576d60d1d4389a92875e62d0d9f88"><enum>(iii)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">involving the intentional obstruction of any highway, road, bridge, or tunnel,</text></clause><continuation-text continuation-text-level="subparagraph">is
 deportable.</continuation-text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection><subsection id="id2c51cccaa73e4b87b2ae6d8c5f94f7aa"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Cancellation of visa; removal</header><text>If any alien is convicted of a deportable crime described in section 237(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended by subsection (a)—</text><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idcaa66934afbe4341ab18de247353e353"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">any visa issued to such alien shall immediately be cancelled; and</text></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idf1634d0498534ce497d9785fad8e4c42"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">not later than 60 days after such conviction, such alien shall be removed from the United States.</text></paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
