            children who are classified as special immigrant juveniles, and for other
 purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body style="OLC" display-enacting-clause="yes-display-enacting-clause" id="HEB8DBF9F5F0640A3A1CBD1C973D4D426"><section section-type="section-one" id="H1B9A7855C88F481CA281A2B5735BADA6"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Protect Vulnerable Immigrant Youth Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section><section id="H0BE72ACD3DB54C53A0C344EF9D0F0A7F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Eliminating certain employment-based visa caps for special immigrant
 juveniles</header><subsection id="H972488436FA84C818CADD6CD20B3AA27"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Aliens not subject to direct numerical limitations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 201(b)(1)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1151">8 U.S.C. 1151(b)(1)(A)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>subparagraph (A) or (B)</quote> and inserting <quote>subparagraph (A), (B), or (J)</quote>.</text></subsection><subsection id="HEE0A950BF0494729BD9FD4240462BBC5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Preference allocation for employment-Based immigrants</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 203(b)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1153">8 U.S.C. 1153(b)(4)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>subparagraph (A) or (B) thereof</quote> and inserting <quote>subparagraph (A), (B), or (J) of such section</quote>.</text></subsection></section></legis-body></bill>
