        <official-title>To repeal certain executive orders targeting LGBTQI+ individuals.</official-title>

            <enum>1.</enum>
            <header>Short title</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>No Place for LGBTQ+ Hate Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
        </section>

            <enum>2.</enum>
            <header>Repeal of executive orders</header>
            <subsection id="id5ef89107f81640f3816a6f40398de20c">
                <enum>(a)</enum>
                <header>In general</header>
                <paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id56cd5cdebc0c4682aaf7d8cbe186bf3b">
                    <enum>(1)</enum>
                    <header>No force or effect</header>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Executive orders that target lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or intersex (LGBTQI+) individuals, described in subsection (b), and any related or successor Executive orders that similarly harm or limit the rights of LGBTQI+ individuals, shall have no force or effect.</text>
                </paragraph>

                    <enum>(2)</enum>
                    <header>No funding</header>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Pursuant to article I of the Constitution, including the Spending Clause of section 8 of article I of the Constitution, no Federal funds may be used to implement, administer, enforce, or carry out those Executive orders.</text>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
            <subsection id="idd5e9c62f71a54ccca61d03f82e91d5fb">
                <enum>(b)</enum>
                <header>Executive orders described</header>
 <text>The Executive orders referred to in subsection (a) are the following:</text> <paragraph id="id09808807822c4d35a054c3f44acca1a2"> <enum>(1)</enum> <text>Executive Order 14168 (90 Fed. Reg. 8615; relating to the Federal interpretation of sex), which—</text>
                    <subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id792f4c6653ee445c905b53c7ff99bf53">
                        <enum>(A)</enum>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">mandates discrimination against transgender, nonbinary, intersex, and gender-nonconforming individuals in the United States;</text>
                    </subparagraph>
                    <subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id59b44a19213e43fcaa5d39029a9eabd4">
                        <enum>(B)</enum>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">could demolish protections for LGBTQI+ individuals in employment, education, housing, and health care; and</text>
                    </subparagraph>
                    <subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id236cb95431c34a54a193e8d7fb668b81">
                        <enum>(C)</enum>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">refuses appropriate Federal identity markers to transgender, nonbinary, and intersex individuals.</text>
                    </subparagraph>
                </paragraph>

                    <enum>(2)</enum>
 <text>Executive Order 14183 (90 Fed. Reg. 8757; relating to reinstating and expanding the military ban on transgender servicemembers).</text>
                </paragraph>

                    <enum>(3)</enum>
 <text>Executive Order 14187 (90 Fed. Reg. 8771; relating to directing agencies to take action to prevent transgender health care from being provided to adolescents under the age of 19).</text>
                </paragraph>
                <paragraph id="id093d600ecb19456c851b10366074e2ed">
                    <enum>(4)</enum>
 <text>Executive Order 14201 (90 Fed. Reg. 9279; relating to prohibiting transgender female students from participating on school sports teams aligning with their gender identity).</text>
                </paragraph>

                    <enum>(5)</enum>
 <text>Executive Order 14190 (90 Fed. Reg. 8853; relating to requiring schools to deny the existence of transgender people).</text>
                </paragraph>
            </subsection>
        </section>
        <section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" section-type="subsequent-section" id="id09bc54d099c545c9a422535745657a76">
            <enum>3.</enum>
            <header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Savings provision</header>
 <text display-inline="no-display-inline">Nothing in this Act shall be construed to impair any constitutional authority granted to the President.</text>
