                <enum>(a)</enum>
                <header display-inline="yes-display-inline">In general</header>
 <text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (a) of <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/26/134">section 134</external-xref> of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking <quote>any qualified military benefit</quote> and inserting <quote>any bonus paid to a member of the uniformed services under <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/37/5">chapter 5</external-xref> of title 37, United States Code, or any qualified military benefit</quote>.</text>

                <header>Effective date</header>
 <text>The amendment made by this section shall apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.</text>
