Reg. 15041) shall not apply with respect to goods imported by or for the use of small business concerns, as defined in section 3 of the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/632">15 U.S.C. 632</external-xref>).</text></section></legis-body></bill>
