Establishing a single new ZIP Code

Not later than 270 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the United States Postal Service shall designate a single, unique ZIP Code for each of the following communities:(1)Eastvale, California.(2)Scotland, Connecticut.(3)Castle Pines, Colorado.(4)Silver Cliff, Colorado.(5)Cooper City, Florida.(6)Miami Lakes, Florida.(7)Ocoee, Florida.(8)Urbandale, Iowa.(9)Franklin, Wisconsin.(10)Greenfield, Wisconsin.(11)Village of Caledonia, Wisconsin.(12)Village of Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.(13)Village of Somers, Wisconsin.(14)Mills, Wyoming.
