<whereas><text>Whereas, on July 7, 2025, Ryan Louis Mosqueda attacked a U.S. Border Patrol facility located in McAllen, Texas;</text></whereas> <whereas><text>Whereas Ryan Louis Mosqueda opened fire, injuring Border Patrol agents and McAllen police;</text></whereas> 
<whereas><text>Whereas everyone should pray for the quick healing of the victims of Ryan Louis Mosqueda’s attack;</text></whereas> <whereas><text>Whereas the Border Patrol agents and personnel are dedicated public servants who work tirelessly to secure our Nation’s borders and enforce immigration laws, often operating in dangerous and challenging environments;</text></whereas> 
<whereas><text>Whereas such attacks undermine the rule of law, endanger the lives of Federal agents and local law enforcement, and disrupt critical operations essential to national security and public safety;</text></whereas> <whereas><text>Whereas the safety and well-being of all Federal law enforcement officers, including those serving with the U.S. Border Patrol, are paramount and must be protected; and</text></whereas> 
<whereas><text>Whereas the House of Representatives unequivocally supports the men and women of the U.S. Border Patrol and condemns all acts of violence against law enforcement personnel and Federal facilities: Now, therefore, be it</text></whereas></preamble><resolution-body style="traditional" id="HCB8D90B0A8CC46AE97112B22621C6446"> <section display-inline="yes-display-inline" section-type="undesignated-section" id="H4663F11A943746819747239DBD21BC83"><text>That the House of Representatives—</text> 
<paragraph id="H5A8EB2E612FC4F3F970808D08898EF74"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">strongly condemns the violent attack on the U.S. Border Patrol facility in McAllen, Texas, on July 7, 2025;</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H0CDB62903509459C9B8C8C9DC0D9F55B"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">expresses its deepest sympathies to personnel injured in the attack, and wishes them a swift and full recovery;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HC598F060A75D4720B1C1556CBA23ADFF"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">reaffirms its unwavering support for the U.S. Border Patrol in their mission to protect the American people and secure our borders; and</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="HC3CF9B6A94A74C43ABD8CD9EC2D6F5C6"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">stands in solidarity with the community of McAllen, Texas.</text></paragraph></section>
