Codification of Executive Order 11246 titled Equal Employment Opportunity

Executive Order 11246 titled Equal Employment Opportunity, signed on September 24, 1965 (30 Fed. Reg. 12319; relating to nondiscrimination in government employment and in employment by government contractors and subcontractors) shall have the full force and effect of law.
