Short title

This Act may be cited as the Time of Service Act.

Elimination of time limitation for use of entitlement under Post-9/11 Educational Assistance Program of Department of Veterans Affairs

Section 3321(a) of title 38, United States Code, is amended—(1)in paragraph (1), by striking January 1, 2013 and inserting January 1, 2001; and(2)in paragraph (2), by striking January 1, 2013 and inserting January 1, 2001.
