Short title

This Act may be cited as the Funding is Zero for Zero Nutrition Options (FIZZ-NO) Act of 2025.

Amendments

Section 3 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2012) is amended—(1)in subsection (k) by inserting soda, after alcoholic beverages,, and(2) by inserting after subsection (r) the following:(r–1) Soda means a carbonated beverage that contains more than 1 gram of added sugar, artificial sweetener, or flavoring per serving..

Effective date

This Act shall take effect 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
