<section id="H6A07E53DB30E46F7AB6D59A6ABC0C740" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Right to Enroll Act of 2025</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H68A27840E97042B0BB6BED30265857D1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extending annual open enrollment period for Exchanges for plan year 2026</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall revise section 155.410(e) of title 45, Code of Federal Regulations (or any successor regulation) to provide that the annual open enrollment period determined for plan year 2026 pursuant to section 1311(c)(6) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/18031">42 U.S.C. 18031(c)(6)</external-xref>) shall begin on November 1, 2025, and end on May 1, 2026.</text> </section>
