R. 5795</legis-num><current-chamber>IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES</current-chamber><action display="yes"><action-date date="20251021">October 21, 2025</action-date><action-desc><sponsor name-id="B001302">Mr. Biggs of Arizona</sponsor> introduced the following bill; which was referred to the <committee-name committee-id="HJU00">Committee on the Judiciary</committee-name></action-desc></action><legis-type>A BILL</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To make orders of removal publicly available, and for other purposes.</official-title></form><legis-body id="H2F76CAB9EB4A4994A6AE185D673CEFBE" style="OLC"><section id="H378EB4FDBDE844B4BAACFA25CF231E82" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Deportation Disclosure Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section><section id="HB19CC50389FC44D4B065B488FDF9AD98"><enum>2.</enum><header>Publicly available orders of removal</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 240 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1229a">8 U.S.C. 1229a</external-xref>) is amended—</text><paragraph id="HA4ED30A9FBBD4C1DA55B5E1B69C57793"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (f); and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="HCB9C9CCBCFCF4CFFA329412DB319430F"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting after subsection (d) the following:</text><quoted-block style="OLC" id="HB6F03A1997274236B1A778561338D170" display-inline="no-display-inline"><subsection id="H4B5D8DEE6C4848D390B66F95F5AB1448"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Publication of final orders of removal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Homeland Security shall publish on the website of the Department of Homeland Security the name of each individual who has received a final order of removal after the date of enactment of this subsection, along with—</text><paragraph id="HB013540AD3B64324B0F8349EBA0A8CB8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>a photograph of the individual;</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H0BCD3E3B505F4920B11D009A64B02D20"><enum>(2)</enum><text>any aliases of the individual; and</text></paragraph><paragraph id="H64047BFCB71F4F59971236251297271C"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the last known State in which the individual resided.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section></legis-body></bill>
