<section id="HFC7BC92D09504F03AEE17258ECB0F71F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>SNAP Back Act of 2025</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="HC373969D00444FA5A0972518986136BD"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendment to the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 6(o) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/7/2015">7 U.S.C. 2015(o)</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H18EA1E075D634F67A97B0145EF921412"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph (F) by striking <quote>or</quote> at the end,</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H8ACAEADA8183434BA2663FAF7DCB59FF"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subparagraph (G) by striking the period at the end, and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H7B698245CB5F46BDAA2D439700567888"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following:</text> <quoted-block style="OLC" id="HE50980E183C44903ADC62EBD8617E7F9" display-inline="no-display-inline"> <subparagraph id="HC0E17ABEA9B34E1C83ADA0F0A13BB319"><enum>(H)</enum><text>a homeless individual;</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HEF4B36529DBB418E8E77C09BFECD6E70"><enum>(I)</enum><text>a veteran; or</text></subparagraph> <subparagraph id="H06B0C374626A403F87CFA998C26AA9FC"><enum>(J)</enum><text>an individual who is 24 years of age or younger and who was in foster care under the responsibility of a State on the date of attaining 18 years of age or such higher age as the State has elected under section 475(8)(B)(iii) of the Social Security Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/675">42 U.S.C. 675(8)(B)(iii)</external-xref>).</text></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></section>
