<subsection id="HAE2072A5AF8844B69CEA07165B4E76F1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Designation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 514 Frelinghuysen Avenue in Newark, New Jersey, shall be known and designated as the <quote>Mildred Joyce Coleman Crump Post Office Building</quote>.</text></subsection> <subsection id="HBB33F6CD27834E7EA8DE5AB7E8E454FE"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text>Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the <quote>Mildred Joyce Coleman Crump Post Office Building</quote>.</text></subsection></section>
