<section id="H92D1CD046C754A14A888D17347455242" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Pay Our Public Shipyard Workers Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> <section id="H09733CE07EDB4033A2651859196AA318"><enum>2.</enum><header>Continuing appropriations for civilian and military public shipyard workers</header> <subsection id="HA2C620293F1249939E869EBC43B07A7E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>There are hereby appropriated for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for any period during which interim or full-year appropriations for fiscal year 2026 or 2027 are not in effect such sums as are necessary to provide pay and allowances to civilian and military public shipyard workers who work during such period.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H869562DA77B944A7BBC31CAC0A45A97A"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Termination</header><text>Appropriations and funds made available and authority granted pursuant to this Act shall be available until whichever of the following first occurs:</text> <paragraph id="HCDFC08597BCB4FDE8F74C1B7F7A9CA91"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The enactment into law of an appropriation (including a continuing appropriation) for any purpose for which amounts are made available in subsection (a).</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H65EFCE4B7EE14B70A5C94F85DBB2C1EE"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The enactment into law of the applicable regular or continuing appropriations resolution or other Act without any appropriation for such purpose.</text></paragraph> <paragraph id="H1F9A9F4697B141BC8C912F1205F3C4A8"><enum>(3)</enum><text>January 1, 2027.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
